Law Regarding Registration of the Faithful (Issued April 10, 2014)

Formal letters of submission to Pope Boniface X should be sent to him in Miami, Florida or submitted in electronic pdf document format to apostolicsee [at] They should bear your official signature. If a Catholic learns about Pope Boniface X, and does not send a letter of submission to Pope Boniface X within 10 days of learning of this law, he is excommunicated unless he is physically or mentally unable to deliver or send the letter, or does not have the resources to send it. The Apostolic See wishes to make a registry of all known true Catholics.

Law Concerning Vatican II (Issued July 22, 2008)

All who desire the Catholic name are now called upon to burn all books in their possession, including conciliar documents, that officially endorse or promote the robber council known as "Vatican II", held 1962-1965. Exceptions shall be made for theological study on the part of those whose task it is to refute its doctrines upon special approval by the Apostolic See.

All who desire to reenter the Roman Church who have been members of this sect, shall publicly burn, before the Apostolic Delegates and the Commission on the Inquisition- which is henceforth established to investigate the reopening of the Holy Office of the Inquisition for the burning of obstinate heretics, all documents with respect of Vatican II, denouncing all Antipopes since that time as the AntiChrist who was to come. It is not a sin to root out heresy. Our Predecessor Pope Leo X dogmatically taught, to be held by all the faithful, that it is proper to burn heretics at the stake. Augustine himself declared that a man who is a heretic would have been lost by the sinfulness of his life, even if he had never fallen into heresy. Heretics are the enemies of God and are to be dealt with as His enemies. The Apostate Sect of Vatican II seeks to become friends with even the leaders of God's enemies, and those who have denied the truth their entire lives. The Apostate Sect of Vatican II has shown for over fifty years that it is not the Roman Catholic and Apostolic Church, but is in fact the friend of AntiChrist.

Law Concerning the Rosary (July 22, 2008)

The Rosary! An ode to the Queen of Heaven, to the mistress of the Universe, to the radiating Glory of the Son. Like the moon which reflects back her Son's glory!

The nations have stirred up a great trouble. The prophecy of Psalm Two has been fulfilled! And it said: the nations have broken their bands, the rulers have gathered together, against the Lord, and against His Anointed!

What is the band that binds the nations? The Lord has revealed it unto me: the Rosary binds the nations to the Lord. And woe to the man who gainsays this revelation. The chords of the Rosary bind every nation to the Queen, and she now speaks to me, she whispers unto me, declaring: Tell every nation from henceforth to pray My Rosary!

Therefore, in consideration of this fact, as Pontiff of the Church of Rome in the end of days, when time seems as though it may expire: I now rule that every Catholic must pray five decades of the Rosary per day on pain of venial sin, until they are able to attend the great sacrificial offering of the Lord and priests have been reinstituted to the lands.

Jews and excessive Usury (Lateran Canon 67)

The more the christian religion is restrained from usurious practices, so much the more does the perfidy of the Jews grow in these matters, so that within a short time they are exhausting the resources of Christians. Wishing therefore to see that Christians are not savagely oppressed by Jews in this matter, we ordain by this synodal decree that if Jews in future, on any pretext, extort oppressive and excessive interest from Christians, then they are to be removed from contact with Christians until they have made adequate satisfaction for the immoderate burden. Christians too, if need be, shall be compelled by ecclesiastical censure, without the possibility of an appeal, to abstain from commerce with them. We enjoin upon princes not to be hostile to Christians on this account, but rather to be zealous in restraining Jews from so great oppression. We decree, under the same penalty, that Jews shall be compelled to make satisfaction to churches for tithes and offerings due to the churches, which the churches were accustomed to receive from Christians for houses and other possessions, before they passed by whatever title to the Jews, so that the churches may thus be preserved from loss.

Jews appearing in public (Lateran Canon 68)

A difference of dress distinguishes Jews or Saracens from Christians in some provinces, but in others a certain confusion has developed so that they are indistinguishable. Whence it sometimes happens that by mistake Christians join with Jewish or Saracen women, and Jews or Saracens with christian women. In order that the offence of such a damnable mixing may not spread further, under the excuse of a mistake of this kind, we decree that such persons of either sex, in every christian province and at all times, are to be distinguished in public from other people by the character of their dress -- seeing moreover that this was enjoined upon them by Moses himself, as we read. They shall not appear in public at all on the days of lamentation and on passion Sunday; because some of them on such days, as we have heard, do not blush to parade in very ornate dress and are not afraid to mock Christians who are presenting a memorial of the most sacred passion and are displaying signs of grief. What we most strictly forbid however, is that they dare in any way to break out in derision of the Redeemer. We order secular princes to restrain with condign punishment those who do so presume, lest they dare to blaspheme in any way him who was crucified for us, since we ought not to ignore insults against him who blotted out our wrongdoings.

Jews not to hold public offices (Lateran Canon 69)

It would be too absurd for a blasphemer of Christ to exercise power over Christians. We therefore renew in this canon, on account of the boldness of the offenders, what the council of Toledo providently decreed in this matter : we forbid Jews to be appointed to public offices, since under cover of them they are very hostile to Christians. If, however, anyone does commit such an office to them let him, after an admonition, be curbed by the provincial council, which we order to be held annually, by means of an appropriate sanction. Any official so appointed shall be denied commerce with Christians in business and in other matters until he has converted to the use of poor Christians, in accordance with the directions of the diocesan bishop, whatever he has obtained from Christians by reason of his office so acquired, and he shall surrender with shame the office which he irreverently assumed. We extend the same thing to pagans.

Jewish converts may not retain their old rite (Lateran Canon 70)

Certain people who have come voluntarily to the waters of sacred baptism, as we learnt, do not wholly cast off the old person in order to put on the new more perfectly. For, in keeping remnants of their former rite, they upset the decorum of the christian religion by such a mixing. Since it is written, cursed is he who enters the land by two paths, and a garment that is woven from linen and wool together should not be put on, we therefore decree that such people shall be wholly prevented by the prelates of churches from observing their old rite, so that those who freely offered themselves to the christian religion may be kept to its observance by a salutary and necessary coercion. For it is a lesser evil not to know the Lord's way than to go back on it after having known it.

Catholics May Not Enter Infidel, Heretic, or Schismatic Houses of Worship

Under no circumstances may a Catholic ever knowingly enter to a house of false worship that belongs to infidels, heretics, or schismatics; or ever attend (even passively) the worship of such people. Those who do incur excommunication ipso facto until lifted by the Apostolic See. Catholics should also seek to avoid heretics and schismatics in secular matters, after warning them twice about their heresy or schism.

Law Concerning Feminism

This law has been promulgated in light of the incredible heresies of "feminism" that have been devised.  Before the bonds of excommunication may be lifted for any woman located in the Western Regions of the world, she must openly declare that she is the weaker vessel as described in Holy Scripture, that men are alone fit as ordained pastors of the Church with no exceptions, and leaders of general society with occasional exceptions, and that as a wife she must submit to her husband. She must abjure feminism. Without a sworn oath to this effect, a woman's excommunication may not be lifted.

Law Regarding Lawyers and Divorce

The Apostolic See forbids Catholic lawyers from participating in all divorce cases except in the following circumstances: the Catholic civil lawyer representing the matter is only for the defendant or respondent to the divorce, and did not initiate the divorce.

Regarding Baptism

Baptism in real and natural water is always required for salvation.  The mere desire for it will not suffice.  No catechumen who was not first baptized with real and natural water while alive and professed the Catholic Faith is permitted to receive a Catholic burial.  There are no exceptions.

Receiving the Sacrament of Penance from Schismatics or Heretics

No Catholic may receive the sacraments from validly ordained heretics or schismatics.  A catechumen may receive baptism from a heretic or schismatic in an emergency.  Immediately upon baptism (and thus becoming a Catholic) he must flee the heretic or schismatic. By Divine law, schismatics and heretics are to be avoided by Catholics.

Law Regarding Other Possible Pontiffs

In order that the principles of equity and justice through unity are preserved, and so that all doubt of conscience and burden may be relieved of the faithful, We, by Our Apostolic Authority, enact the following law: though We and all those known to Us, in regions round about, are unaware of any Pontiff since the Great Apostasy who holds to all of the true dogmas who was either appointed or elected prior to Us by law or equity, We declare the following: insofar as such a Pontiff might possibly exist (however improbable), in the event he does exist, We declare Our own submission to such a Pontiff, and all of Our decrees whereby We have called Ourselves the Pontiff shall be construed to mean Vicegerent of this ultimate Pontiff, through Equity (Epikeia), solely of those regions he is not known to exist in, but where We are known to exist, until this hidden Pontiff is found, so that the Church may in the meantime be unified where a Pontiff and authority is at least known to exist. This authority, like the authority of the ultimate Pontificate, is also established through Equity, so that at least until this possible hidden Pontiff is found, the faithful shall have a place to obtain judgments and a source of unity of jurisdiction. Therefore, let it be known by this Our law that We enact, that all who submit to this papacy, are by no means therefore withdrawing their submission to any possible true ultimate hidden Pontiff that may exist but is hidden to their vision or knowledge. The moment such a Pontiff may be found, who holds to all the true dogmas like We do, once it is established that his papacy existed prior to Our papacy, all due obeisance would have to be given and homage shown to him as the highest Pontiff. It is the fallible opinion of the Apostolic See that such a higher Pontiff does not exist in reality, but if he does so exist, then even now We implicitly render Our homage and all the faithful are to do the same, such that by obeying our decrees and submitting to Us, they are also in conscience consoled that they through equity submit to this higher hidden Pontiff should he exist. Therefore, there remains no excuse, in justice or equity, to refrain from submission to Boniface X.  For “We declare, We Proclaim, We define that it is absolutely necessary for the salvation of every human creature that they submit to the Roman Pontiff” (Boniface VIII, Unam Sanctam, 1302).

All of these laws are officially approved, and receive the approbation of Boniface X, Servant of the Servants of God, the Pontiff of Rome. The 1917 Code of Canon Law is in force regarding any law not contradicted by a canon promulgated above. Those who deny obeisance to these rules and canons have incurred the wrath of the Holy Apostles Sts. Peter and Paul.
